Artist's Statement
In the beginning my time was largely spent scouting the streets in search of things to photograph. But I found myself going back to the same places again and again, and something interesting happened. The thing became familiar, and so receded into the background, and the background became the thing. Through no conscious action, the patterns, textures, shapes and colors emerged from the chaos of to form an everlasting moment.
